BUYER'S AGENTS - You will register on SparkOffer under your own account and place an offer for your client under your name. If your buyer is chosen by the seller, you will be contacted by the listing agent to gather complete paperwork.

  • All offers will first be placed electronically on SparkOffer by the Buyer or Buyer's Agent.
